Train was inescapable during the turn of the 21st century when songs like "Calling All Angels" and "Drops of Jupiter" made the San Francisco residents some of America's most popular balladeers. The band achieved mainstream success with their debut album Train, released in 1998 with the hit "Meet Virginia". Train's 2001 album, Drops of Jupiter won two Grammy Awards in 2002. The album was certified double platinum in the United States and Canada and remains the band's best-selling album to date. The band plans to release their tenth studio album, A Girl, A Bottle, A Boat, in January 2017. In September 2016, the band released the debut single from their forthcoming album "Play That Song."
