Fiesta Oyster Bake at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas on April 22, 2017.
The family-friendly festival started in 1916 and is a fund raiser for student scholarships to attend St. Mary’s University. There are 7,000+ volunteers and 70,000+ attendees over the day and half event. The Fiesta Oyster Bake became an official San Antonio Event in 1974.
