Blynd Birds is the culmination of several years of writing and performing songs by Jared Blair. After being asked by friends to make a list of 10 favorite albums, he noticed that eight of them were from Texas, but were almost all completely different styles. This project aims to find a common ground between that overall tone while injecting Jared's songwriting and guitar playing. The live show combines elements of local punk and blues.Blynd Birds
The full album, 'Find Your Conscience, Baby' was recorded and produced in Austin, Texas in an innovative way. All songs were recorded at Signal Hill Studios by Patrick Herzfeld and each song was sent to 8 of the top producers in town based on the sound of the song.
