Christian Cage (William Jason Reso) is a wrestler and actor. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the ring name Christian Cage. He also performs for Impact Wrestling, where he is the current Impact World Champion in his first reign. He is best known for his career in WWE under the ring name Christian where he performed regularly from 1998 to 2005 and again from 2009 to 2014. He had previously worked for Impact Wrestling, then known as Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), from 2005 to 2008.

Reso made his debut in 1995. He wrestled in Canadian independent promotions early in his career, where he competed in singles and tag team competition with his friend Edge. In 1998, he signed a developmental contract with the then-World Wrestling Federation (WWF, renamed to WWE in 2002) and made his debut the following year, immediately capturing his first championship in the company, the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship, in his debut match. Edge and Christian formed a tag team and gained notoriety for their participation in Tables, Ladders, and Chairs matches. They won the promotion's World Tag Team Championship on seven occasions. The team parted ways in 2001, after which, Christian held various singles titles, including the European Championship, the Hardcore Championship, and the Intercontinental Championship.

Matt Hardy (Matthew Moore Hardy) is a wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the ring name "Big Money" Matt Hardy. He is also known for his time with WWE, Impact Wrestling, and Ring of Honor (ROH). With his real life brother Jeff, Hardy gained notoriety in WWF's tag team division during the 2000s due to his participation in TLC matches. He is a 14-time world tag team champion, having held the WWE World Tag Team Championship six times, the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship three times, the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship, ROH World Tag Team Championship, and WCW Tag Team Championship once each, and the TNA World Tag Team Championships twice. All but two Raw Tag Team Championship reigns came with Jeff as his partner.

All Elite Wrestling was founded by CEO, GM and Head of Creative Tony Khan, AEW is a new professional wrestling league headlined by Cody & Brandi Rhodes, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), Chris Jericho, Sting, Hangman Page and Jon Moxley. For the first time in many years, AEW is offering an alternative to mainstream wrestling, with a roster of world-class talent that is injecting new spirit, freshness and energy to the industry.

AEW began airing its weekly show on TNT. The show, “AEW DYNAMITE,” is Wednesday’s top wrestling show and attracts the youngest wrestling audience on television. AEW’s multi-platform content also includes “AEW DARK,” a weekly pro-wrestling YouTube series, “Being the Elite,” a weekly behind-the-scenes YouTube series, and “AEW Unrestricted,” a weekly podcast series.
