A friendly competition among Bankersmith friends is now an annual event! We host it in January to heat things up a bit! Bankesmith's Famous Chili Burgers fly out the door alongside a whole lot of trash talking about whose chili is the best! Live music all day and chili cookoffs in the dance hall! Bankersmith Chili Cookoff ‘The Best Chili in Texas’.
A friendly competition for the bragging rights for ‘The Best of Texas Chili’ Come enjoy a casual chili tasting in an old Dance Hall, live music and the comforts of Bankersmith, Texas. Great food, local live music acts and a fun, family friendly atmosphere where kids can enjoy playing with the goats, donkeys and other critters.

Victory Cup
The best attended polo match in the United States and celebrating our 17th year, the Victory Cup has now found a permanent home at the Fredericksburg Polo Club in Fredericksburg, Texas. After several years of touring the country, this event series has become known as “America’s Polo Match!”
For both polo aficionados and novices alike, with dozens of vendors, food and alcohol partners, the Fredericksburg International Polo Series has grown to be one of the largest equestrian events in the United States (over 125,000 attendees in 2019), and is definitely the most fun.
Polo, live music, hot air balloons, fashion, food, drinks, and vendors. This event isn’t just a polo match or balloon festival, it’s a networking and social destination drawing thousands for each event. Kid and pet friendly, bring the entire family. Come on out and enjoy a gorgeous day of green grass, new friends, majestic horses, heart pounding polo, dozens of food and alcohol partners, and (weather permitting) beautiful hot air balloons.
