A fun, casual weekend in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day in Fredericksburg, Texas. Live music, drinks and food available at Bankersmith Texas Dance Hall, Saloon, and Ghost Town. Come enjoy the old post office and General Store while listening to some live music, local artists.
FridayLive jazz performances at the Grapetown Winery Tasting Room. Fireworks will happen around 8:00pm. Hot air balloons for tethered rides (will inflate when weather allows, but always weather contingent) and helicopter rides are available all day. The polo matches on Saturday will run from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
Live performance by Celsius at the Bankersmith Dance Hall and Saloon. VIP’s enjoy complimentary food and drinks.

Jazz, polo, fireworks, hot air balloons, helicopter rides, trophy presentation, and vendors at the Fredericksburg Polo Club.
The polo trophy presentation is is one of our first Victory Cups on this new field. Trophy presentation to the winning Polo Team will happen field-side on the Ceremonial Stand. Guests will have an opportunity to take pictures with the polo teams and The Victory Cup trophy.
Bankersmith
Casual and rustic elegance in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. A short drive from downtown Fredericksburg, Texas this original Texas Dance Hall is set in a historic Texas Railroad Town. Bankersmith, Texas is a saloon (full bar), restaurant, working farm, AirBnB and dance hall. Pet and kid friendly, we welcome tourists and locals alike! In addition to small, country festivals on most Saturdays we also offer live music on most days (typically featuring picker’s circles and local artists).
Victory Cup
The best attended polo match in the United States and celebrating our 17th year, the Victory Cup has now found a permanent home at the Fredericksburg Polo Club in Fredericksburg, Texas. After several years of touring the country, this event series has become known as “America’s Polo Match!”
For both polo aficionados and novices alike, with dozens of vendors, food and alcohol partners, the Fredericksburg International Polo Series has grown to be one of the largest equestrian events in the United States (over 125,000 attendees in 2019), and is definitely the most fun.
Polo, live music, hot air balloons, fashion, food, drinks, and vendors. This event isn’t just a polo match or balloon festival, it’s a networking and social destination drawing thousands for each event. Kid and pet friendly, bring the entire family. Come on out and enjoy a gorgeous day of green grass, new friends, majestic horses, heart pounding polo, dozens of food and alcohol partners, and (weather permitting) beautiful hot air balloons.
