Levitation
Founded in 2008 by members of The Black Angels, Austin Psych Fest was more than just a festival; it was a catalyst for a global psychedelic revival. Paying homage to Austin’s iconic 13th Floor Elevators, the event rebranded as Levitation in 2015. Over the years, Levitation has evolved into a multi-genre extravaganza, encompassing psych, metal, electronic, punk, and a myriad of underground sounds. Levitation strives to honor the experimental spirit of the 1960s, bringing together a diverse community of artists and fans to celebrate the future of music.
