FLO is a British girl group formed in London comprising members Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer. They have gained recognition for their harmonious vocals and contemporary R&B sound, drawing inspiration from iconic '90s and early 2000s girl groups like Destiny's Child and TLC.
Renée Downer and Stella Quaresma first met in secondary school and later connected with Jorja Douglas through auditions facilitated by their management team. The trio officially formed FLO in 2019 and secured a recording contract with Island Records.
FLO released their debut single, "Cardboard Box," produced by MNEK. The track quickly gained viral attention on social media platforms, particularly TikTok, propelling the group into the spotlight. I've loved Flo for a few years now, but seeing them live was next level euphoric. Their harmonies and layering of voices is unmatched. They are so classy and professional but such a fun act 10/10 would absolutely recommend seeing live!

These girls killed it! The vocals were on point, the looks were fab and the love and friendship these three exude is just beautiful. These girls are going to go far.
Energy was everything! The energy was there and the vocals were top tier! I’ll be sticking with them as they grow, and will for sure be attending their future shows! The live renditions of their songs were amazing, and that’s how you know they are performers!
The girls sounded amazing! They sound better live to be honest, which is so cool! The crowd had great energy! Best concert I’ve been to! Also shout out to FLO’s choreographer Kash, the girls were on point! And the part where the girls taught everyone the lyrics to “Superstar” then shocked us when they did the dance intro to the song! Would definitely love to see FLO live again!
