Originating from the St. Louis music scene, Foxing has carved a unique and acclaimed path over the past decade. The band is renowned for its genre-defying sound, which fluidly moves between introspective emo, expansive post-rock, and theatrical art-pop. Frontman Conor Murphy's emotive vocals and the band's willingness to incorporate orchestral arrangements and electronic elements have set them apart. Each album is a bold artistic statement, from the chamber rock of their debut, The Albatross, to the synth-heavy explorations of Nearer My God and the cosmic themes of Draw Down the Moon. Their reputation is built on this creative restlessness, a refusal to be confined by a single sound, and a commitment to crafting music that is both ambitious in scope and deeply personal in its lyrical content.

Seeing Foxing live is an intense and otherworldly experience that goes far beyond a typical rock concert. Currently on tour with Coheed and Cambria and Taking Back Sunday, the band stands out with a performance that is both intimate and explosive. The show is a journey through their sonic evolution, blending the raw emotionality of their early work with the polished, widescreen soundscapes of their more recent material. Conor Murphy is a captivating and unpredictable frontman, fully embodying each song's narrative with his dynamic stage presence. His voice is a force, shifting from a tender whisper to a powerful, cathartic scream in an instant. The band's technical prowess is on full display, with complex arrangements and unexpected musical turns executed flawlessly.

What makes a Foxing show so unforgettable is its blend of technical musicianship and raw, unbridled emotion. The audience is completely absorbed, drawn into the band's intricate world. The connection is a shared understanding of complex, existential themes explored in their music. It is a concert for those who appreciate music as a true art form, unafraid to challenge both the listener and the band itself. This tour serves as a powerful reminder of Foxing's artistic resilience and their unwavering commitment to creating something truly unique in the modern music landscape.
Fan reviews:

Absolutely amazing! We were rocked to our lungs and blood and brains. Sold out crowd couldn’t get enough of Foxing.

Experiencing Foxing live is pure catharsis. They open with powerful sound that wraps around you, building tension and then letting it go all in these perfectly timed moments. The vocals are so clear and raw they almost feel personal. Hearing them perform tracks of their self-titled album was one of those moments you feel like it’s all worth it, a true testament to the time and talent they’ve poured into their work over the last decade. Foxing deserves all the success in the world and you’re a fool if you don’t see them live.

Don’t miss this band! Having seen them tour for the past eight years or so, it is just incredible to see them raising the bar each and every tour. Been waiting for this one with so much hype since the last tour and they still managed to absolutely shatter expectations. Whether you have seen them before or just curious get to a show you won’t regret it.

So good, this was my first time seeing both Foxing and it far exceeded my expectations. This is one of the best shows I've been to in a long time. So happy.

Foxing was a magical experience! There is nothing that beats hearing The Albatross all the way through. Foxing was absolutely haunting live, as always. I have seen them a few times before but this show was very special.
